UX Design and Innovation Consultant

Between 2016 and 2017 I was Senior Innovation Designer at MJV Innovation headquarters in Rio de Janeiro Brazil. The company has 700+ employees in Brazil, Europe and the United States. I was initially hired to help with their first Virtual Reality project for a major international corporation and became full time part of their team coordinating innovation projects, organizing workshops and making in depth field research for product development.

One of the projects was to create new business models for Lafarge-Holcim cement giant as well new retail solutions for Essilor - creators of the Varilux lenses. Conducted extensive field research, interviews, used 2d illustration and 3d modeling skills to create tangible scenarios. Both projects were approved and are now being applied to all of South America. Coordinated ideation workshops using Canvas, Agile and Design Thinking for corporate clients.
